We will do several times of grinding of the bars. To keep the surface good hard chrome plated, we also do fine polishing on the bars. During the production, all the production and testing have the technical datas, we have precision inspection tools to do the inspection, not by visually. So the barbell bar we produce is much better in details.

Manufacturing Technique

Steel material Choosen： 1) Steel material: Spring steel material with whip 2) Loading weight: 1500lbs or 2000lbs 3) Tensile Strength: 220000psi abve It seems easier to guarantee the loading weight above 1500lbs above, many kinds of alloy steel material is ok. But Spring steel material mechanical properties are much better. After the production, we will do UT testing, magnetic testing, tensile strength testing, loading weight test and the straightness test. We have the full sets of testing equipment to guarantee the good quality.

Packing and Shipping

Let’s put the barbell bar in a plastic bag first to prevent moisture.

Then put the barbell bar with a plastic bag into the paper tube to prevent collision.

The barbell bar packed into the paper tube is packed in a wooden box for transportation. Similarly, a plastic bag is placed at the bottom of the wooden box to reduce damage to the barbell bar in a humid environment.

Finally, the wooden boxes are bound and reinforced by packing belts, and transported to you by car, train, plane, or ship.
